Katie Holmes refuses to be moved by tabloid rumors claiming her relationship with fiancé Tom Cruise is a publicity stunt.

The couple have been the focus of much gossip since they began dating earlier this year (05), and then became engaged.

But the Batman Begins actress insists those close to her know it is genuine - and that's all that matters.

She says, "It's a bit annoying, but I'm not worrying about things like that.

I'm enjoying my time with Tom.

"It would be nice if people were happy for us, but our friends know how happy we are together, so why should I care about what rumours are floating out there in the press?"
