Reese Witherspoon Glad to be in Man Movie  11/14/05

Reese Witherspoon is especially proud of her performance in Johnny Cash biopic Walk the Line, because at last she has made a movie her husband's friends want to watch.

The Sweet Home Alabama star is being tipped for an Academy Award nomination for her role as June Carter Cash in the film, and has been awarded a seal of approval from spouse Ryan Phillippe's pals too.

She says, "My husband is like, 'All my friends want to see it,' which is a great thing, because they don't always see my movies," she said. "It's a good thing. There's not a bunch of guys in their late 20's going to see Legally Blonde in front of people. They might rent the video."
