Angelina Jolie will reportedly play James Bond's leading lady in Casino Royale - as long as writers can create her perfect character.

Jolie will sign up as the latest Bond girl - opposite new 007 Daniel Craig - as long as her proposed role as Vespa Lynd is "toughened up".

According to website Digital Spy, the Girl, Interrupted star has been sent the script for Casino Royale, and producers are keen for her to sign on to play Bond's new girl.

Meanwhile, British football star-turned-movie star Vinnie Jones insists his name should be considered among those playing villains in the new movie.

He says, "I think I'd be a great villain so I'll have to see what I can do."
