Teleplay Inc, and Four Kings Entertainment, LLC Sign Letter of Intent to Produce SPI Poker With Host Carmen Electra

HUNTINGTON, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 11/17/05 -- Teleplay Inc. (OTC BB: TPYI) and Four Kings Entertainment announced today that they have entered into a letter of intent for the acquisition of Four Kings Entertainment by Teleplay. Under this arrangement, Teleplay will then produce and distribute the series "SPI Poker -- Vegas" hosted by Carmen Electra.

The "SPI Poker -- Vegas" series is a fourteen (14) episode video production that will integrate the thrills of strip poker with the anything-can-happen attitude of reality-based television. Eight (8) episodes will be tailored toward cable network release and six (6) shows will be produced for pay per view. The Series will feature tournament style oriented shows, with six contestants each. Casting will represent a diverse group of young women from various backgrounds. The winners from each preliminary tournament will appear in a 2-hour grand finale with a grand prize pool of over $100,000 in cash and prizes.

The pilot of The Strip Poker Invitational, which was developed by Four Kings Entertainment, premiered on July 18th, 2004 and has achieved outstanding market response exceeding even the most optimistic projections by both management and the pay-per-view marketplace.
