Harry Potter Star Jets Off to Australia 11/17/05

Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe has jetted off for the summer sun of Australia in his first major movie role since he signed up as the boy wizard.

The British teenager will star in coming-of-age drama December Boys which, according to movie website Movie hole, started shooting Down Under on Monday (14NOV05). In the film, he plays Maps, one of four orphan boys, who befriend a retired naval officer during a summer holiday.
