Kelly Osbourne enjoys a love/hate relationship with Paris Hilton - because the socialite makes special efforts to attend the pop star's parties - but fails to keep her secrets.

To make matters worse, Hilton's boyfriend Stavros Niarchos ruined Osbourne's 21st birthday party in Las Vegas, Nevada by trashing her hotel room.

But Paris always redeems herself in Osbourne's eyes - because she's one of her more reliable Hollywood friends.

She says, "She was one of the few people who were willing to drop everything and come to my (birthday) party... We have fun together.

"I know that whatever I tell her, she tells everyone anyway, but I've always known she's not the friend that you tell your deepest secrets to. "She's a fun person, and there is a sincerity about her.

"Paris paid for her own ticket (to my party). Every other celebrity who is supposedly my friend said they wanted to go on the private jet and have their own (hotel) suite."
