Jessica Simpson Set to Play Shop Girl  11/22/05

Pop star Jessica Simpson is in negotiations to follow up her movie debut in The Dukes of Hazzard by playing a shop girl in Employee of the Month.

If talks are successful, Simpson will be cast as a cashier at a discount supermarket, who becomes the object of desire for two store room assistants.
