Guest starring in "That's Good, That's Bad" are Sam Lloyd as Dr. Goldfine, Joely Fisher as Nina Fletcher, Paul Dooley as Addison, Michelle Noh as hospital nurse, Currie Graham as Ed Ferrara, Charlie Babcock as Stu, Melinda Page Hamilton as Sister Mary Bernard, Michael Ironside as Monroe, Kurt Fuller as Det. "That's Good, That's Bad" was written by Kevin Murphy and directed by Larry Shaw.

"Desperate Housewives" is broadcast in 720 Progressive (720P), ABC's selected HDTV format, with 5.1-channel surround sound and Spanish audio via SAP.
