Kate Moss Woes Inspire Art Display  11/25/05

Supermodel Kate Moss is the subject of an exhibition of new paintings charting her rise and recent fall.

The British beauty, who left a US rehabilitation clinic earlier this month

(NOV05) after her cocaine use was exposed by a UK tabloid, has inspired artist Stella Vine to put together a collection called The Beautiful And The Damned - the theme of Moss's 30th birthday party last year (04).

One of the pictures shows Moss holding a cigarette as her face melts above the words, "Holy water cannot help you now."

Another shows Moss hanging out of a window at a London rehab center.

Vine, who hit headlines with a painting of a blood-covered Diana, Princess of Wales, opened the show in East London earlier today (24NOV05).
