Nicole Richie's Man Cancels Show to be With His Girl  11/26/05

Socialite Nicole Richie has realized she's marrying a very special man, after her fiancé cancelled a lucrative DJ booking in Canada to spend the weekend with her.

Adam 'DJ AM' Goldstein was scheduled to play at the Kids For Kids benefit in Montreal this weekend (26NOV05) - but turned the job down at the last minute when Richie asked him to stay with her in Los Angeles after returning from Salt Lake City, Utah, where she introduced The Rolling Stones at the American Music Awards (22NOV05).

A Kids For Kids event organizer tells America's In Touch magazine, "We had two first-class plane tickets and a hotel suite booked for him, but he freaked out and called us back and said it was a mistake, that he had to spend the weekend with his girl."
