Sexy actress Carmen Electra is warning all women to check themselves when they're finished using public bathrooms, after she walked around at a party with her buttocks exposed.

The former Baywatch star, married to rocker Dave Navarro, admits she still cringes whenever she remembers the embarrassing incident.

She says, "I used the restroom at a party. After I came out to mingle with the crowd, my assistant realized that my dress was tucked into my G-string and my butt was exposed!

"(So) always check your dress, because it could happen to you."
