Nicole Kidman Gathers Friends and Family for Support  11/2/06

Nicole Kidman's friends and family have rallied to her side after new husband Keith Urban announced he was seeking treatment for alcohol abuse.

The Bewitched star gathered with Australian family and friends on 25 October (06) in Los Angeles for a special dinner at pal Naomi Watts' home.

Family friend Simon Baker tells American publication People the occasion was kept upbeat saying, "We didn't talk about it. (Nicole) is a survivor. She just keeps moving forward."

Kidman has been seen around Los Angeles leaving Pilates classes and spending time with her sister Antonia, who flew in from Sydney, Australia to provide moral support.

The actress reportedly visited her husband at the LA facility where he is being treated in their hometown of Nashville, Tennessee before returning to the London set of her latest movie The Golden Compass.
