Nanny Prepares to Sue Sara Evans  11/4/06

The nanny who was initially at the centre of country music star Sara Evans' divorce battle is planning to sue the Cheatin' singer.

Evans has agreed to pull former friend Alison Clinton's name from divorce papers, accepting the nanny did not have an affair with her estranged husband Craig Schelske.

But, after demanding a public apology from the singer - which she didn't get - Clinton, is preparing to file a lawsuit against Evans.

In a statement Clinton's publicist says, "We are researching, analyzing and preparing for a lawsuit against Sara Evans due to her false and unacceptable accusations against Alison.

"She continues to refuse to apologize to Alison and needs to be held accountable for her outrageous conduct."
