Sandra Bullock Adopts Legless Stray Dogs  11/6/06

Sandra Bullock has become a secret savior of legless dogs.

After falling for and taking in a three-legged pooch, the actress and her husband Jesse James are now the proud owners of a one-year-old mutt who was born without its two front legs.

She says, "We have a dog with just two legs, she walks on her hind legs. She was born with like a little flipper here and a little flipper here... She's like a little dinosaur, a velociraptor.

"She's got the best posture. She goes up the stairs (but) we haven't taught her how to go down yet - that's sort of like face plant central, and you don't wanna laugh. She just gets so excited; she takes off.

"We just got her a couple of months ago from the woman we got out three-legged dog from."
