Caroline reveals to the players that the rest of the game will be played as individuals. The contestants are surprised when they find out they are getting a makeover and fashion photo shoot to go along with their newly thin bodies. During the challenge, one player faces their greatest fear as they ride stationary bikes 30 feet in the air. 

Caroline Rhea (Sabrina, the Teenage Witch) hosts the series.
