David Gest Plans London Move After Positive Reality TV Stint  11/29/06

David Gest is planning to move to London when he finishes his stint on British reality show I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here.

The music mogul and estranged husband of Liza Minnelli is sick of the media attention he gets in America, as opposed to the positive publicity his appearance on the jungle show has attracted in the UK.

His bodyguard Imad Handi reveals, "He's moving to London. He loves the fact that there's not as much media coverage of him in the US. Once he decides where he wants to live, I'll get a place nearby."

Gest is producing a four-day concert, entitled David Gest's New Year's Weekend All-Star Soul Spectacular in London next month (28-31DEC06), which will feature performances from Candi Staton, Martha Reeves & The Vandellas, Bonnie Tyler and Peabo Bryson.
