Simon Cowell: "I Will Never Have Children"  11/20/07

 

American Idol host Simon Cowell will never have children - because he fears they'll send his life into chaos.

The 48-year-old has ruled out having a family with long-term partner Terri Seymour because the responsibility of a child is greater than a pop act.

He explains, "I love kids - at least when they are old enough to talk. But my own? No. I'm terrified of the responsibility. Where would they fit in? I have to be able to fly to Los Angeles at a minute's notice."
