Mary-Kate Olsen Hospitalized  11/20/07

Actress Mary-Kate Olsen is recovering in a New York hospital after undergoing emergency surgery for a kidney infection.

The 21-year-old was forced to watch the season finale of her hit TV show Weeds from a hospital bed after being hospitalized on Monday (19Nov07).

Olsen's representative Nicole Caruso says the star is "resting comfortably and will be released in the next day or so".

The former child star recently said she was in good health following her 2004 stint in Utah's Cirque Lodge to treat an eating disorder.
