Celine Dion: "Son Caused Stage Fright"  11/25/07

Celine Dion has only suffered from stage fright once - when her son asked to come and watch her perform in Las Vegas.

The My Heart Will Go On singer admits she was terrified when her then-four-year-old son Rene wanted to watch her onstage during her residency at Sin City's Caesars Palace casino hotel.

Dion recalls, "I started to feel nauseous for the first time in my life.

"It was like he was saying, 'I know you're a singer, and I'm going to be noticing that with my own eyes tonight. And it's OK. I decided I can share you.'
