Hulk Hogan Requests Privacy During Marriage Crisis  11/28/07

Wrestling superstar Hulk Hogan has appealed to the media to give his family some privacy while he and his estranged wife Linda Bollea deal with their divorce.

Linda filed for divorce on Friday (23Nov07) from her 54-year-old husband, real name Terry Bollea, but the papers do not state a reason for the split.

And the wrestler-turned-reality-TV-star has pleaded with the press to give them some space while they overcome their latest family crisis.

In a statement released by his agent Darren Prince to TMZ, he says, "Please respect my family's privacy at this time with all that we have been through.

"I care for my wife and my children are my world and I just hope this all works out."

This year (07) is proving to be a troublesome one for the Hogans - earlier this month (Nov07) their son Nick had his driving license suspended for one year by police in relation to a summer (07) car crash.

The teen was traveling with his pal, U.S. Marine John Graziano, when he lost control of his father's Toyota Supra on a Florida highway in August. According to officials, the vehicle flipped at high speed and collided with a palm tree.

The teenager has been charged with reckless driving involving serious bodily injury. He will be tried as an adult.
