Nicole Kidman is in talks to play the world's first post-op transsexual, according to Australian reports.

The actress is in negotiations to play Einar Wegener opposite fellow Oscar-winner Charlize Theron in The Danish Girl.

The film is based on the true story of Danish artists Einar and Greta Wegener, who tested their marriage and stunned Europe with a shocking transformation in the early 1930s.
