Nicole Richie Won't Let DJ Fiancé Hear Her Tunes  10/23/05

The Simple Life star Nicole Richie is so nervous about playing her new songs to fiancé DJ AM she makes him listen to them in his car - when she's not around.

The socialite daughter of soul legend Lionel Richie plans to release her first album of pop and funk tunes in 2006, but she'd prefer not to hear what her husband-to-be thinks of her efforts.

She explains, "I'm so nervous around him with my music that I make him go to the car to listen to the songs and then come back inside."
