CONTENTIOUS TRUMP BOARDROOM MARKS ANOTHER HISTORIC APPRENTICE FIRST ON
NBC (OCTOBER 27, 9-10 PM ET/PT)
One Team Wins by Widest Margin Ever
NEW YORK - Oct. 26, 2005 - On NBC's "The Apprentice," a
contentious Donald Trump returns to the boardroom from his business trip,
marking another historic Apprentice first when he learns one team loses by
111 percent, the widest margin in "Apprentice" history, (Thurs.,
Oct. 27, 9-10 pm ET/PT). While away on business, Trump deputizes Carolyn
Kepcher to deliver the next task - create an in-store sporting expo at
Dick's Sporting Goods to help move merchandise.
After last week's second consecutive loss for Capital Edge, Kepcher has
the teams pre-decide the project managers before the task delivery and
then tells them to pick new teams. The newly created 'Excel' and 'Capital
Edge' then take to their tasks of creating and selling. The result -
another Apprentice first when one team loses by the largest sales margin
ever.
The winning team flies on a private jet to Montauk, NY for a fishing
trip, and cap off their day with a beachfront bonfire.
