Emma Watson Desperate For Weasley Romance 10/26/05

Harry Potter actress Emma Watson has begged writer JK Rowling to write a relationship between her character Hermione Granger and Rupert Grint's character Ron Weasley - because she's sick of all the sexual tension between them.

The pair enjoy sizzling chemistry in the books and on film - but a romance has yet to materialize.

Watson says, "Hermione and Ron have got to get it together, it's been going on for so long now.

"That's my hope for future installments."
