Brad Pitt Caught Out by Brilliant Bears  10/27/05

Brad Pitt has received a reprimand from forest rangers in Calgary, Canada, after reportedly breaching wilderness rules about keeping doors and windows locked at all times.

The actor, who is in Calgary filming new movie The Assassination of Jesse James, allegedly called police when he discovered brown bears in his rented cabin home one day.

Rangers discovered the bears had been attracted to food smells coming from the home through an open window and told Pitt to follow the laws of the land and make sure all entrances and exits were secured before leaving for the film set to prevent a similar problem occurring.
