Guest starring in "A Weekend in the Country" are Jesse Metcalfe as John Rowland, Dougray Scott as Ian Kavanaugh, Kiersten Warren as Nora, Michelle Pierce as Tammy Sinclair, Jazzmun as transexual, Reid Godshaw as street kid, Lucia Sullivan as hostess, Bryna Weiss as woman and Christine Clayburg as TV reporter.

"A Weekend in the Country" was directed by Wendy Stanzler and written by Bob Daily.

"Desperate Housewives" is broadcast in 720 Progressive (720P), ABC's selected HDTV format, with 5.1-channel surround sound and Spanish audio via SAP.
