What
About Brian Season Two Premiere October 9th on ABC 10/2/06
SIX MONTHS HAVE PASSED AND CONSUMMATE BACHELOR BRIAN COMES BACK HOME TO
MAKE THINGS RIGHT WITH HIS FAMILY AND FRIENDS, ON THE SEASON PREMIERE OF
ABC'S "WHAT ABOUT BRIAN"
It's taken a lot of soul-searching and a near-death experience, but
Brian is finally free of his feelings for Marjorie and returns home,
hoping to make things right with Adam and the rest of the group before
Adam and Marjorie's wedding, on the season premiere of "What About
Brian," MONDAY, OCTOBER 9 (10:00-11:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC
Television Network.
In the season premiere, "What About Second Chances," six
months have passed since Brian, the consummate bachelor yet closet
romantic, left town following a heartbreaking blow out with Marjorie, the
current love of his life -- who also happens to be engaged to Brian's best
friend, Adam. Since Brian's been away, his close friends, Dave and Deena,
have been suffering the fallout of their disastrous experiment with an
open marriage; What was supposed to combat the doldrums of parenting, work
stress and a lackluster sex life has only driven the couple further apart.
They're now hoping marriage counseling will be able to heal their wounds
and restore what was once a great love.
Meanwhile Brian's sister, Nicole, is thrilled to finally be pregnant
after a year of fertility treatments and is busy preparing for the new
arrival. Unfortunately she's doing most of the nesting alone, since her
husband, Angelo, a hunky, Italian actor, is off in Rome starring in his
first film. Thankfully Angelo is planning to return home in time for Adam
and Marjorie's wedding -- which is not soon enough for Nicole.
Additions this season are Jimmy (Jason George), a fun-loving lawyer in
Adam's firm who rivals Brian as Adam's best friend; and Jimmy's feisty
wife, Ivy, (Amanda Foreman), who owns a bar in Koreatown.
"What About Brian" stars Barry Watson as Brian Davis, Matthew
Davis as Adam Hillman, Sarah Lancaster as Marjorie Seaver, Rick Gomez as
Dave Greco, Amanda Detmer as Deena Greco, Rosanna Arquette as Nicole Varzi,
Raoul Bova as Angelo Varzi, Jason George as Jimmy and Amanda Foreman as
Ivy.
Guest starring are Mikaila Baumel as Larissa, Payton Spencer as Geneva,
George Gerdes as counter guy, Angel Oquendo as technician, John Fleck as
Dr. Bill, Bahni Turpin as Chandi, Jayne Taini as the psychic, Jan
Devereaux as condescending woman, Camille Langfield as stripper and
