Hawaiian Fans Get Special Lost Preview  10/3/06

Thousands of fans in Waikiki, Hawaii were treated to a special screening of the third season of hit TV series Lost on Saturday night (30SEP06).

The entire cast of the show attended the red-carpet event to promote the season premiere, which airs on Wednesday night (04OCT06) in the US. The show is filmed in Hawaii.

Before the season's first episode was shown on the big screen, producers asked that the audience keep quiet about the latest developments until the show airs on TV.

Cast members were thrilled by the audience's enthusiasm.

According to Terry O'Quinn, who plays Locke on the show, "Believe it or not, this doesn't happen every day. I'm not used to it, but I don't mind it.

"I've never been to a Hollywood premiere, but can't imagine anything surpassing it!"
