Hollywood couple Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes has laughed off rumors the actress is pregnant with their second child, just five months after giving birth to daughter Suri.

Despite unveiling their young child to Vanity Fair readers last month (SEP06), the pair have been photographed in the past few weeks attending the

Mission: Impossible actor's adopted children Connor and Isabella's American football and soccer games in Los Angeles - without the baby.

While Holmes has obviously lost her baby weight, some internet gossips began to speculate if the Batman Begins beauty was pregnant again, after noticing a slight "swelling" around her stomach.

However, the couple's representative says, "Not that we are aware of."

The couple, who got engaged in June 2005 after a whirlwind two-month romance, are set to wed any day, if US magazine reports are to be believed.
