THE HOSTAGES TRY TO GET THEIR LIVES BACK ON TRACK, ON ABC'S "THE NINE"

"Heroes Welcome" -- After the traumatic bank robbery, the nine hostages try to pick up the pieces of their suddenly disturbed lives. Meanwhile Nick's job with the police is in danger, Egan is a media superstar and Jeremy takes matters into his own hands, on "The Nine," WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 11 (10:01-11:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

"The Nine" stars Lourdes Benedicto as Eva Rios, John Billingsley as Egan Foote, Jessica Collins as Lizzie Miller, Tim Daly as Nick Cavanaugh, Dana Davis as Felicia Jones, Camille Guaty as Franny Rios, Chi McBride as Malcolm Jones, Kim Raver as Kathryn Hale, Scott Wolf as Jeremy Kates and Owain Yeoman as Lucas Dalton.

Recurring: Tom Verica as Ed Nielson, Jeffrey Pierce as Randall Reese, Susan Sullivan as Nancy Hale, Kim Staunton as Naomi Jones, Bonita Friedericy as Mary Foote and Michael O'Neill as Pete Burton.

Guest Cast: Allegra Fulton as Monica Turner, Hoyt Christopher as male TV host, Gina St. John as female TV host, Zach Grenier as Sean McDermott and Fred Koehler as Brian.

"Heroes Welcome" was written by Hank Steinberg and directed by Alex Graves.

"The Nine" is broadcast in 720 Progressive (720P), ABC's selected HDTV format, with 5.1 channel surround sound and Spanish subtitles via secondary closed captioning.

A TV parental guideline will be assigned closer to airdate.
