Shakira Sweeps Awards at Mexican Music Ceremony  10/7/06

Colombian beauty Shakira swept the board at a Mexican music award ceremony last night (05OCT06).

The pop diva won in five categories at Premio Oye!, one of South America's most prestigious events, in Puebla.

She picked up Best Album, Song of the Year and English Song of the Year for Hips Don't Lie, which also clinched the Best Video category.
