Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie Disappointed by Film Relocation  10/9/06

Hollywood couple Brad Pitt and Angelina JolieE are disappointed after filming for their new movie was relocated to India, amid security and safety fears in Pakistan.

A Mighty Heart, based on the story of murdered American journalist Daniel Pearl, will now be filmed in the western Indian city of Pune.

The couple's spokesperson Trevor Nielson says, "They talked with people from all levels of the Pakistan government and there's certainly no hard feelings.

But it became clear that it was preferable to film in India."

In a statement, Jolie expresses her frustration at the location change: "I am disappointed that we could not shoot the film in Pakistan, a country that I love and have visited three times."

Jolie plays Pearl's wife Mariane, while Pitt is co-producing the movie.

Pearl was kidnapped and murdered in Pakistan in 2002, while researching a story about Muslim fundamentalists.
