Daniel Smith's Grandmother Believes He Was Murdered  10/11/06

Anna Nicole Smith's mother Virgie Arthur believes her grandson Daniel was murdered.

The 20-year-old died on 10 September (06) after suffering a heart attack brought on by a lethal combination of anti-depressants and methadone, according to the latest toxicology report.

But former policewoman Arthur, who is estranged from Anna Nicole, is adamant Daniel's death was no accident.

She says, "It was murder. The levels of drugs in his body are way too high.
