Zandra Rhodes Upset by Kate Moss' Designs  10/23/06

Influential British designer Zandra Rhodes is stunned model Kate Moss has been recruited to launch her own fashion line for British High Street chain Topshop, because she is convinced the catwalk star is talentless when it comes to designing.

The supermodel will be paid #3 million ($5.65 million) to lend her name to a range of items at British fashion store Topshop, but the pink-haired style veteran, who also designs for Topshop, has deemed Moss' involvement as merely superficial.

She says, "Kate Moss isn't a designer - she's a model!

"Do you really think she's going to personally design all these clothes? There'll be a team of people working behind the scenes.

"She's being paid for her name, not any creative talent."
