The fourth season premiere finds the gang adjusting to life without
Marissa Cooper. Summer is attending Brown University in Rhode Island,
where she has reinvented herself as a left-leaning, tree-hugging activist
under the sway of environmentalist Che (guest star Chris Pratt). Ryan has
moved out of the Cohen house and is dealing with Marissa’s death in the
only way he knows how. When Ryan misses a special dinner at the Cohens’,
Seth finds him on the wrong side of the tracks and calls Summer for help.
Meanwhile, Julie Cooper will do anything – even yard work – to avoid
dealing with Marissa’s death; Kaitlin earns a new pair of boots from Dr.
Roberts in true Cooper fashion; and Taylor hides out in the diner so no
one will know she’s not in Paris in “The Avengers” episode of THE
O.C. airing Thursday, Nov. 2 (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX.
THE O.C. “The Gringos” (402)

ET
Episode airs on FOX Thursday, Nov. 9 (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT)
Streaming then continues Nov. 10 at 4:01 AM ET through Nov. 16 at 8:00
PM ET
In “The Gringos” airing Thursday, Nov. 9 (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT),
Ryan leaves Orange County to put an end to his turmoil, but comes up empty
on his search. Meanwhile, Seth acts like a jackass and finds some new
friends in Mexico (including guest star Steve-O) who help him find what he’s
looking for. Kaitlin and Julie are forced by Dean Torres (guest star Tia
Carrere) to work together on Harbor’s clothing drive, and Julie is
ostracized by the Cohens when they discover what she has been up to. And
when Taylor drops in on Summer unannounced, the truth comes out as Summer
continues to separate herself from everything Orange County.
THE O.C. was created by Josh Schwartz and is executive-produced by McG,
Bob DeLaurentis, Stephanie Savage and Schwartz. The series is from
Wonderland Sound and Vision, College Hill Pictures in association with
Warner Bros. Television.
