An unusual collection of people have to go to a small town in Nevada to get Tom (Nathan Corddry) out of jail in time for his show that night. Guest star John Goodman plays a judge who's not a fan of Studio 60. First part of a two-parter. 

Matthew Perry, Amanda Peet, Bradley Whitford, Steven Weber, D.L. Hughley, Sarah Paulson and Timothy Busfield also star.
