The release date of R&B star Usher's new album has been thrown into
doubt after his wife Tameka Foster ordered him to focus on their impending
parenthood instead of his musical career, according to reports.
Stylist Foster, 37, is expected to give birth to the couple's first
child this winter (07), and gossip column PageSix claims she has banned
Usher from making his pop comeback - which was scheduled for next month
(Nov07) - until long after the tot is born.
According to a source, the Confessions singer "only listens to
Tameka now, and she wants all Usher's focus to be on her and the
baby".
The source adds, "The album had been in the works for over a
year... now it looks like it's never going to happen."
Usher's fifth studio album, The Truth - his first in three years - is
due for release in November (07)
