Howard K. Stern is considering writing his own book about his role in Anna
Nicole Smith's life and death, to right the 'wrongs' he has read about
him.
Stern is currently involved in legal action against journalist Rita
Cosby, over her book which alleges Stern fed Smith drugs and had a gay
affair with Birkhead.
The lawyer insists he would never make money from his late lover's name
- but may be tempted to release his own account.
He tells talk show host Larry King, "I had said before there's no
way in the world I would ever do that. Anna didn't like people making
money off of her in life. I know she wouldn't approve of it in death. But
the only way that I would do something like that is just to set everything
straight.
"(If I did) It would be after these lawsuits, and after everything
comes out, it's possible. But right now I don't have any plans."
