J.K. Rowling and movie giants Warner Brothers have lost their battle to
stop an Indian school from building a replica of Harry Potter's Hogwarts
Academy.
The Kolkata Organization have erected a structure in the shape of the
school for its four-day Hindu festival of the Goddess Durga.
When Warners and Rowling discovered the building they filed a two
million rupee ($50,000; #25,000) suit for breach of copyright.
But a court in Delhi rejected the claim and allowed the wood and paper
mache structure to remain.
