Emma Watson: "Ballet is Harder Than Harry Potter" 10/17/07
British actress Emma Watson found filming her new role as a ballerina much
harder than working on the Harry Potter movies.
The 17-year-old, who plays Hermione Granger, is also starring in new British TV series Ballet Shoes and had to take ballet lessons to prepare for the role. She says, "I loved shooting Ballet Shoes, but it's much harder doing ballet than stunts on Harry Potter as I don't do most of those myself. "Other people do it for me so I guess I get away with much more. Playing a ballerina is so different, it's lots of hard work and I'm not really that good."
