Reese Witherspoon is determined to keep her status as one of Hollywood's most respected actresses a secret from her daughter - otherwise the eight-year-old will pester her for Miley Cyrus concert tickets.

The Oscar winner doesn't want to have to start using her contacts to get Cyrus' hard-to-come-by Hannah Montana tickets for young Ava.

Witherspoon says, "My daughter's eight now so the coolest person in the world is Miley Cyrus/Hannah Montana.

"She has no idea (I'm in show business); I'm trying to keep that from her so I don't get hounded for concert tickets."
