Josh Hartnett Outbid on New Zealand Dream Home 10/23/07
Josh Hartnett has missed out on buying a dream home in New Zealand - after
he was outbid for the property.
The actor fell in love with the country while filming vampire movie 30 Days Of Night and decided to set up roots there. He says, "New Zealand is a beautiful country. I actually wanted to buy a plot of land there but I got outbid. "It was on the west coast of the North Island, which is kind of a surfer's paradise with volcanic black rocks, black sand beaches, and tumultuous winds. "You could drive along the South Island, deserts, mountains, lake regions, going along the coast where it's kind of tropical."
