Renee Zellweger Left Los Angeles to Escape Paparazzi 10/23/07
Renee Zellweger moved away from Hollywood to set up home on America's east
coast because she was fed up with paparazzi attention.
The Cold Mountain star now divides her time between her homes in New York and Connecticut. She says, "I wasn't really into being followed around everywhere (in Los Angeles) by six guys with two-way radios. I also don't want to be one of those people who are sour about it. So I decided I'd just leave. "I don't need to be in the eye of the storm. I love acting, I really do love it, but I have a very hard time. It's a strange thing to call a job."
