Sex tape star Kim Kardashian is baring all again after posing naked for the December (07) issue of Playboy magazine.

The Los Angeles socialite and former best pal of Paris Hilton appears in a spread wearing nothing but a pink negligee, pearls and an ornate necklace.

The pretty brunette put a stop to a leaked video of a sex session she filmed with ex-boyfriend Ray J last year (06), and recently admitted she has been playing down the controversy ever since.

Earlier this year (07), she told Glamour magazine she was horrified when she realised strangers were watching her have sex on video, but the worst thing about the whole drama was having to explain what a 'porn star' was to sisters Kylie, nine, and Kendall, 11.

She recalls, "One day my sisters were watching TV and a picture of my face flashed across the screen with the words 'Sex Tape?' underneath.

"I was devastated. These girls look up to me and want to copy everything I do."

The new Playboy spread, which features photos taken by hip-hop video maker Hype Williams, coincides with the launch of Kardashian's new reality TV show Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
