American Idol Lakisha Jones Weds 10/6/08

Former American Idol star Lakisha Jones has wed boyfriend Larry Davis in California.

The couple were united in front of family, friends and Jones' former fellow season six contestants, including Haley Scarnato, Melinda Doolittle, Sanjaya Malakar and Gina Glocksen on Sunday (05Oct08)

Jones wore a strapless gown and her daughter Brionne, five, was her flower girl.

Malakar tells People.com, "I'm just so happy for her. I'm happy for her future, I'm happy for her daughter (that) they can be a family. It's all that I could ever wish for her."

The newlyweds plan to honeymoon on Barbados.
