Sexy pin-up Brooke Burke is convinced she has missed her true vocations and dreams of ditching her television career to become a rock drummer.

While Burke has become a lusted-for TV personality, she admits that the less organized world of rock was where her heart really was when she was a teen.

Burke, who is currently the co-hosting TV talent search show Rock Star: INXS with Dave Navarro, tells Blender magazine, "I was a serious rocker chick. I wore bandannas on my ankles, wrists and head, roach-clip feathers and concert T-shirts.

"I wanted to be a drummer when I was growing up, so I started taking lessons, but my father would never break down and get me the drum set. I was going to be a rock 'n' roll drummer, dammit!"
