Big Brother Summary for September 8th  9/8/05

We start with Janelle and Howie talking about trying to change Ivette's mind about voting out Howie and instead voting out April. They tell her that she has a better chance sitting next to either of them than Maggie or April. She says that she probably would have a better chance with one of them, but she feels like she can't go against her group. 

Julie comes in and asks the group a few questions. She asks Janelle which competition she thinks was the hardest. She says the swimming one. Julie then tells April that she quit smoking 38 days ago. Does she think that she will continue not smoking out of the house. April said that she thinks she can keep it up outside the house. Julie then asks Maggie how has life changed for her living in the BB house? Maggie doesn't really know, but does say that her schedule is messed up and the real world doesn't exist when you are in the BB house. 

Julie then talks to Ivette. Ivette says that she really wants to win the money because it would really help her family. We see a segment where they interview Ivette's mom and her girlfriend. Her mom says that Ivette has a hard time not telling people what she thinks. Her girlfriend can't understand her obsession with Cappy. 

Now for the voting. Janelle votes to evict April and Maggie votes to evict Howie. So Ivette has to cast the deciding vote and she goes with her group and votes out Howie. So Howie is evicted with a vote of 2-1. He goes out to meet Julie and she asks him what happened to the powerful 6? Howie said it all came down to James and he felt like he had to get him out before he got rid of him. 

America's Choice is to have one HG leave the house for a day and go to the 2 and Half Men set and visit with the cast. Vote now from your cell phone or on the CBS site!

The HoH competition is called Before and After. Julie is going to ask questions about events in the house and the HG's have to decide whether they came before or after another event. Janelle gets all of them right and wins HoH again!
