Britney Spears: "I'm Still Pregnant"  9/12/05

Britney Spears has rubbished rumors she has given birth to her first child prematurely.

A British tabloid today (12SEP05) claims the singer was rushed to hospital in California over the weekend (10-11SEP05) - but Spears insists reports she went into labour early are completely untrue.

Her UK publicist David Frossman says, "Britney Spears has not given birth.

"She's not even in hospital.

"The baby is due some time in the next month."
