Ozzy Osbourne Hires Tour Counselor to Help Him Cope With Dark Thoughts  9/13/05

Ozzy Osbourne has hired a traveling counselor to tour with him - to help him cope with the dark thoughts that used to lead to drug and alcohol abuse.

The rocker has been sober for 17 months and admits he doesn't yearn for booze or drugs - but he still struggles to cope if things aren't perfect.

Ozzy admits that even something as small as his manager/wife Sharon running a minute late will send him into the depths of depression.

He explains, "People with addictive personalities have different thought patterns. In my head I'll go, 'My wife's late: She's had a car crash, she's dead, she's in a mortuary.'

"I'll think, 'She's f**king run off with some other rock star. My head creates havoc - I can't f**king take pain in my life anymore."
