"Mended Hearts" -- Following the attempted suicide of a young woman who is mourning the death of her fiancé, Melinda agrees to help the deceased fiancé save his betrothed wife's life, on GHOST WHISPERER, Friday, Oct. 7 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Executive Producer John Gray directed and wrote the episode.

After a man is killed in a triathlon bike accident, his fiancée attempts to take her own life. In an effort to save her, Melinda agrees to help the deceased fiancé talk her out of committing suicide while attempting to provide closure for the grieving fiancée by connecting her with the man who received her fiancé's heart.
